ABOUT US
REHNER EQM – Who is behind it? A few words about myself.
Industry and quality systems are deeply interconnected, much like a foundation and the building it supports. Without one, the other cannot operate safely or sustainably. Over the years, process optimization and quality management have been constant elements of my professional life.
I have worked across diverse roles in multiple sectors of the technical industry, from aviation maintenance as a mechanic, to product engineering within the automotive supplier field, to management positions in the commercial vehicle and e-mobility sectors.
My career has reinforced one key insight: while it is crucial to keep sight of the bigger picture, it is equally important to pay attention to each detail, ensuring that every cog in the complex mechanism we call a company runs smoothly.
I have strengthened my practical knowledge through continuous professional development in quality management and auditing, keeping my qualifications current and applied with dedication.
Today, my passion is to channel this experience into helping organizations achieve process reliability, designing effective quality management systems, and shaping internal processes that foster efficiency, consistency, and sustainable success.

Clear and Efficient Communication
I like to keep communication clear and straightforward, so everyone knows the plan from the start. Focussing on making the process efficient, staying in regular contact without an overload meeting is always an advantage. Remote calls help keep things moving while saving time. Key points and decisions are documented to maintain a clear record, and I value different perspectives because they often lead to better results.
Collaborative Project Flow
Regular check-ins help keep projects on track and solve issues early. Everyone on the team can contribute their experience and ideas, which ensures balanced and flexible solutions. This collaborative way of working allows us to adapt quickly when project priorities change. Every idea is a benefit, and every participant or employee can add value.
Flexible Use of Expertise
For larger or specialized projects, I collaborate with trusted partners who bring the right expertise. This increases capacity when needed and ensures the proper skills are in place. The goal is always to deliver practical, well-structured results that fit each client's needs.
Remote Auditing
Many processes or internal company procedures are supported by IT systems and can be executed from any computer. The same applies to all internal and external processes that do not require physical resources. However, there are also processes that do not take place in the company's own facilities or at a fixed workstation.

I would like to reach out to companies, executives, and managing directors who, due to limited time or resources, or whose operational scope does not justify a full-time position, seek flexible, external support for their quality management needs — whether in the role of a Quality Representative, Quality Manager, or Internal Auditor. This also includes those planning temporary projects such as restructuring, the implementation of a management system, or the establishment of a new department or business unit.
I am available to support you with any matters or questions you may have. It is my genuine commitment to assist in a field where my professional expertise has grown into a true passion. No matter the size of your business, whether a sole proprietorship or a large corporation, whether operating remotely or across multiple sites, I am dedicated to being there for everyone.
My areas of operation include the Oslo, Norway region and the Rhine-Main area around Frankfurt, extending throughout Europe and, upon agreement, internationally — location does not limit or prevent collaboration. Depending on project scope or workload, much can be handled remotely, making on-site assignments or meetings possible but not frequently necessary, with on-site visits available when required.
